Preparation is the thing that gives dreams substance. You can take steps toward something that you desire, that is yet unseen. That is a gift. The universe operates very consistently by its rules, and so you have an almost guaranteed result, given the right inputs.
180g protein, 175g carbs, 50g fats. If I eat that, and exercise in a way based on body geometry, I'll look good. I know this because at one time I was 40 pounds heavier, and had to trust my inputs.
Make a logical plan, take a step toward it, and sleep with the knowledge that you are closer to your dream.
Right now, my steps involve reading and watching TV to know the projects I want to work on.
